Correspondence of VX34387 Gunner Gordon Gilbert Jeanes (4 Anti-Tank Regiment), chiefly relating to his time as a prisoner of war in No 1 POW Camp, Thailand; also letters and official documentation relating to his return to Australia, discharge and period in hospital. Included in the collection is a photocopied construction/personnel disposition map of Burma Thailand Railway for period April to September 1943.
