Description
This all-text Australian Second World War poster was produced by General Motors Holden (GMH) likely in early 1942. It is aimed at factory workers, attempting to make workers be careful and take pride in their work owing to its greater importance towards the war effort. It addresses issues such as not rushing work, not to delay work, and that every items that is being manufactured was a 'piece in the puzzle' of the greater war effort.
During the war, GMH re-tooled many of their production facilities, producing vehicle bodies, field guns, aircraft, and engines.
This item has been digitised with funding provided by Commonwealth Government.
