Description
Studio portrait of 1674 (later 38953) Gunner (Gnr) Francis Stewart Budd, 2nd Reinforcements, 23rd Battalion, of Berrigan, NSW. Gnr Budd enlisted on 10 May 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Demosthenes on 16 July 1915. He returned to Australia on 18 July 1919 with the 11th Field Artillery Brigade.
