Description

A Cypriot monk showing two members of 78 Fighter Wing RAAF around the church at the Monastery of St Barnabas in Cyprus. The church holds the tomb of St Barnabas, who played an important part in spreading the Christian message in the first century AD. The Australians were undertaking armament training in Nicosia.
