Flight Lieutenant Rod Hanstein of Ascot Vale, Vic, Flight Commander No 3 Flight, gives the eyes right to His Excellency the Governor and Commander in Chief of Malta, Sir Robert Laycock KCMG, CB, DSO during the final ceremonial parade of 78 Fighter Wing RAAF at the RAF Station where the Wing was based in Malta. The Wing was about to return to Australia after over two years of garrison duty on the island.
