Description
Second World War all-text poster announcing an a sporting and atheletic day at Tel Aviv Stadium on 2 May 1942. Members of Allied nations from any arm of the services were encouraged to partake. The proceeds of this event went to aid the various service welfare funds. Events such as this were common in any place where large amounts of soldiers were assembled and they needed to be entertained.
