Description
Four unidentified members of the 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR) patrolling the city streets. The four are wearing camouflage uniform and body armour and the female soldier standing in the back of the landrover is carrying a Steyr F88 rifle, the standard infantry weapon of the Australian Army. 1RAR served as part of the Unified Task Force (UNTAF) in Somalia.
