Elevated view of the transport area of the Australian Base. Constructed on the outskirts of town the base includes repair and maintenance facilities for the trucks, landrovers and M113 Armoured Personnel Carriers that accompanied the Australian Army contribution to the United Nations Unified Task Force (UNTAF) in Somalia. Note the tent workshops, construction equipment and distant warehouse.
