HMS Glasgow, a Royal Navy Type 42 Destroyer, tied up alongside a wharf. HMS Glasgow was preparing to depart for East Timor as part of the International Force for East Timor (INTERFET). A small crowd of civilians is gathered on the wharf and watching proceedings as the ships starboard side is illuminated by the setting sun.
