Description
Studio portrait of 4462 Private (Pte) Jack McIntyre Clogan, 14th Reinforcements, 6th Battalion, of Daylesford, Vic, and another unidentified soldier. Pte Clogan enlisted on 15 September 1915 and embarked aboard HMAT Themistocles on 28 January 1916. On 26 August 1916 he died at St Johns Hospital in Etaples, France, as a result of wounds sustained in the Battle of Pozieres.
