Description
Studio portrait of 2611 Private (Pte) Thomas Arthur Lumb, 8th Reinforcements, 14th Battalion, of Merbein, Vic. Pte Lumb, aged nineteen years, enlisted on 20 April 1915 and embarked aboard SS Makarini in Melbourne on 15 September 1915. He returned to Australia as a member of the 11th Field Artillery Brigade on 23 March 1919. See also DA09856.
