Studio portrait of 2114 Private (Pte) Frederick George Beseler, 4th Reinforcements, 23rd Battalion, of South Melbourne, Vic. Pte Beseler enlisted on 16 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Hororata on 27 September 1915. He returned to Australia on 7 January 1918. See also DA09885.
