Studio portrait of 554 Private (Pte) William Patrick Grady, B Company, 29th Battalion, of South Melbourne, Vic. Pte Grady enlisted on 17 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Ascanius on 10 November 1915. He was killed in action on 21 October 1917 at Ypres, Belgium.
