Royal Australian Air Force black neck tie with makers label sewn on inside seam.
History / Summary
Worn by 411087 Flight Lieutenant Stanley Hector Gowing. Gowing was born in April 1909 and enlisted in the RAAF on 31 March 1941 in Sydney. He joined 200 Squadron, RAF and served in West Africa before joining 13 Squadron, RAAF. He served with 13 Sqn in the Northern Territory and Labuan, Borneo. He was discharged on 28 November 1945.
