Description

A single breasted, four button service jacket (or Tuchrock) made from grey blue wool/rayon with turnback French style cuffs and four pleated patch pockets. The collar is piped with red twisted cord and aluminium lace enclosing red felt collar tabs, denoting artillery. To each tab is pinned a single metal wing rank badge, denoting unteroffizier. The shoulder tabs are also decorated with red piping and aluminium lace. An embroidered Luftwaffe eagle patch is sewn to the right breast pocket and an oval embroidered anti-aircraft artillery personnel trade patch is sewn just above the left collar. Two medal ribbons are sewn through the top buttonhole and two medal loops are attached to the left breast pocket. The internal lining is stamped just above the left inside breast pocket '41 42 88 69 62 LBA39 Rudolph, Hubert & Cie.', while the lower right lining is fitted with a long narrow, buttoned first aid pocket.
