Collection relating to the Second World War service of Private Linsday P Higginbotham, 39 Battalion.
Wallet 1 of 1 - contains a 12 page typed memoir describing Private Higginbotham's journey from Sydney to New Guinea on the troopship SS Aquitania and his experiences of the New Guinea campaign in 1942 and the Battle of the Coral Sea in May 1942. Four pages are incomplete.
