Two original grave markers: on the left is the grave of 3575 Lance Corporal (LCpl) George Gordon Coutts, A Section, 7th Field Ambulance, of Clunes, Vic. LCpl Coutts enlisted on 26 March 1915 and embarked from Brisbane aboard HMAT Ascanius on 24 May 1915. He was awarded the Military Medal (MM) on 9 July 1917 and was killed on 4 July 1918 in France. The right grave is that of 17081 Private (Pte) James Percival Ball, 7th Field Ambulance, of Melbourne, Vic. He died of wounds on 4 July 1918, in France.
