Informal portrait of three women. Written on the back of the photograph is the note 'Jen Skatt & I in England. Les trois graces! Bonne Amities', Marthe. Captain Francis Palmer Selleck, 24th Battalion, of Numurkah, Vic, befriended Marthe during his service in France. On 12 November 1918 she penned him a card which remarked how beautiful her Paris was now the war was over and thanked him and all who fought for her country.
