Description

Portrait of two soldiers sitting in a rickshaw pulled by a local man. The soldier on the left is 603 Private (Pte) Albert Gordon Budge, 9th Mobile Veterinary Section, later of AIF Canteens. Pte Budge of Winchelsea, Vic, enlisted on 23 December 1914 and returned to Australia on 14 March 1919. He later died of war related illness on 22 March 1921. The soldier on the right is known only as Frank.
