Cook's hat worn by 40352 Able Seaman Naval Storeman S M Jackson, (known as 'Jacko') who served in HMAS Kanimbla during her tour of the Persian Gulf in 2002. Jackson was painted wearing the hat by Official Artist Peter Churcher, and this portrait is in the AWM collection as ART91762 'Messman "Jacko", HMAS Kanimbla'.
