Nui Dat, South Vietnam. 1968-12-24. American Evangelist Billy Graham (second from left) talks to Australian Army chaplains at the 1st Australian Task Force Base (1ATF) at Nui Dat in Phuoc Tuy Province, on his arrival at Kangaroo helipad on Christmas Eve. Graham was on a visit to Nui Dat as part of his Vietnam wide tour sponsored by US President-elect, Richard Nixon. With Graham are, left to right: Chaplain I. W. Clift of Hawthorn, Vic; Chaplain L. Nyman of Newcastle, NSW, and Chaplain J. W. McElveney of Kapooka, NSW.
