Description
Studio portrait of 1588 Private (Pte) Harry Victor Valle, 25th Battalion, of Sandgate, Qld. Pte Valle enlisted on 9 December 1914 and embarked aboard HMAT Aeneas on 29 June 1915. On 17 September 1917 he died of wounds in the Menin Road area of Belgium.
