Description
Studio portrait of 3397 Private (Pte) Albert Martin, 11th Reinforcements, 8th Battalion, of Melton, Vic. Pte Martin enlisted on 31 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Nestor on 11 October 1915. He later served as a corporal with the 6th Battalion and was killed in action on 30 April 1917 in France.
