Description
An unidentified Australian soldier at a billet in France watching a fifteen year old Belgian boy, who was adopted by the Australians as a mascot, cleaning a harness. The boy was an orphan from Dixmude, Belgium, where both his parents were killed in earlier fighting. When the Australians moved out the Royal Fusiliers took care of him.
