Milford Highway
Description
Awarded for participation in the operations to clear the Japanese from a series of hilltop strongpoints sited along the Milford Highway around the village of Batuchampar, north-east of Balikpapan in Dutch Borneo. These strongpoints included the features known as Cello, Coke, Chair, Calm, Charm, and Cart.
