Citizen army (AC151)
Description
Promotional film on the Citizen Military Forces (CMF) produced by Cinesound Studios Melbourne and Sydney for the Australian Army. The CMF take part in a mock assault on an objective during training. Shows the part played by armour, artillery and infantry in the capture of an objective. Weapons and vehicles featured include Centurion tanks, 25 Pounder Field Guns, Bren Carriers, Vickers Machine Guns, the Bangalore Torpedo and White Scout Cars.
