Tropical Trials in Northern and Central Australia 1960-1961 Part 1 general
Description
A film record of the planning and conducting of tropical trials on the Heavy Recovery Tractor, Saladin Armoured Car, Ambulance Four Stretcher (Land Rover) and Bombardier Tracked Carrier S61, in order to assess the suitability of these vehicles under hot-dry dusty, and hot-wet climatic conditions and engineering aspects of 'battle efficiency' i.e. man-equipment - environment combination.
