Brief shot of officers and crew blocking their ears against the noise of the jets (11:03:20:08) followed by a part of informal press conference with Group Captain Newman; formal ceremony (Group captain praises capabilities of the F-111); civilian attendees informally inspect the F-111; 11.05.25.00 interviewer conducts quick interviews with air crew and Minister of Defence, Lance Bernard (06.25), who says, "Australia now has a great defensive capability..It will certainly be flying into the '80s and probably, beyond that".
