Gallipoli Peninsula, Turkey. 17 November 1915. After the storm which came up from the south-west, Walker's Pier on North Beach was represented by a few posts. This shows the beach staff. The three officers on the right are Major Chamberlain, Commander Gibbs, and Captain Bradshaw. Commander Gibbs was killed by the last shell fired at HMS Grafton.
