Description
Rabaul, New Britain. This was the Courthouse during the German presence and the first few years of Allied Military Occupation. It subsequently became the Lands Office. The former Lands Office in the adjoining block of land was enlarged and converted into a Courthouse. (Donor Colonel S. McKenzie)
