Abstract
Keith Mackellar died with the 7th Dragoon Guards in 1900 in South Africa. Five years later his body was exhumed and was brought home to Australia. Today he shares a grave with his sister, Dorothea Mackellar, who wrote the poem "I love a sunburnt country".
