Abstract
In this article the author describes how Charles Cloude is the last Australian to have served in the First World War and was part of the Royal Navy Grand Fleet from 1917 - 1918.
Also described is the military action seen by Charles Cloude during World War Two as a Torpedo Officer for the Port of Fremantle.
