Bari, Italy. 17 January 1945. Douglas C47 Dakota aircraft of No. 267 Squadron RAF, a transport squadron with supplies, bound for a location in northern Yugoslavia. These aircraft operate in all kinds of weather carrying their loads to help Tito's Partisans. They are unarmed, but occasionally have fighter escort.
