Cairo, Egypt. 4 February 1943. Allied war chiefs met at the house of Mr Richard G. Casey, Minister of State, during the British Prime Minister's visit to Cairo. Air Chief Marshal Sir Sholto Douglas (left), Mr Churchill (centre), and General Sir Alan Brooke were greeted by Mrs Casey's dachshund dog during the meeting on the lawn in front of his house.
