Private Henry William Cox
Description
Private Henry William Cox (2606A, 47th Battalion) was a labourer from Murwillumbah, NSW. He first enlisted at Lismore in August 1915, but was discharged on 19th October 1915 due to his age. The following day he enlisted at Brisbane. Henry died of wounds received in action at Pozieres on 12th August 1916, aged 16 years 9 months. He is buried in the Warloy-Baillon Communal Cemetery Extension, France.
