Description
Private George Charles Richard Seaton (6937, 20th Battalion) was born in Lewisham, NSW. He was was working as a block boy when he enlisted in May 1917. George was killed on 31 August 1918 during the attack on Mont St Quentin and is buried in the Peronne Communal Cemetery Extension, Peronne, France. His grandmother wrote that he was 17 years 8 months of age.
