Private Patrick Petherbridge
Description
Private Patrick Petherbridge (3654, 47th Battalion) was born 18 June 1900 at Woodford, Queensland. He was working as a timber getter when he enlisted in January 1917. Patrick was killed at Dernancourt on 28 March 1918. He was buried in the Military Cemetery, Dernancourt Railway Line, but his grave could not be located after the war. Patrick is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France. He was 17 years 9 months at the time of his death.
