Sapper Kenneth William Delphin
Description
Sapper Kenneth William Delphin (2474, 7th Field Company) was born in Hamilton on Forth, Tasmania, in 1898. He was farming when he enlisting in July 1915. Kenneth was killed in action on 4 August 1916 at Tara Hill near Albert and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France. Kenneth’s mother wrote that he was 17 years and 10 months of age at the time of his death.
