15 Private John Thomas Jennings, 1st Victorian Mounted Rifles, served in South Africa in the Boer War from 1899-1901. From 1931 to 1940, he was the United Australia Party Member for South Sydney/Watson. Between 1928 and 1958 he was National President of the Australian Dental Trade Association.
