Scapa Flow
Description
Scapa Flow is a large, landlocked harbour in the Orkney Islands off the northern coast of Scotland. It served as the base for the British Grand Fleet during the First World War, and also for the British Fleet during the Second World War. The Royal Navy base at Scapa Flow closed in 1956.
