Nihongun kakubutai shikikan kakui [Responsible officers of the Japanese Army].
A propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) during the Second World War. This leaflet is written in Japanese and was distributed to Melanesia and the Netherlands East Indies. An English translation of the text is attached. It is a slightly revised version of the leaflet numbered J185. The message urges the Japanese commanders to avoid losing precious lives of their men in auseless war. It encourages them to surrender now so as to allow them to live and work for the future of Japan.
