Australian Army slouch hat complete with woollen khaki puggaree, adjustable leather chinstrap and oxidised brass Rising Sun badge.
History / Summary
This slouch hat was placed on the coffin during the ceremony of the interment of the Unknown Australian Soldier, Remembrance Day 1993. It was removed inside the Hall of Memory prior to the interment of the coffin.
