Navy blue synthetic baseball-style cap machine embroidered in golden cotton with the words 'KUWAIT NAVAL FORCE Be confident, We are On WATCH!' and a multicoloured image of a naval vessel flying the Kuwaiti flag, with minarets in the background. On the brim of the cap are machine embroidered gold oak leaves and acorns.
