20 mm M61 Dummy Cartridges
Description
M61 inert 20 x 102 cartridges x 45 linked into a belt. The cartridge cases are made from extruded brass and the projectile is made from steel. The projectiles are crimped into the cartridge case and feature a driving band. The cartridges are held together in steel stripper clips.
History / Summary
The M61 20 millimeter cartridges are used in the Vulcan M61 20 millimeter Gatling gun which is standard armament on many United States combat aircraft.
