IMPORTANT: Turnaround times apply to all Collection orders, including material delivered by download. 

The standard turnaround time is three weeks from order payment, and allows for negative retrievals, conservation work and digitisation that may be required. 

NOTE: Turnaround times for Collection orders will be impacted in June 2021 by the relocation of our Multimedia section.
