Public Liability Insurance
Applicants seeking to undertake an event at the Memorial will be required to provide documentation for public liability insurance. Community groups, private clients and associations are advised to review their public liability insurance status.
In the event that your group or association does not have public liability insurance you are advised to seek temporary coverage for your event from an insurance provider. The Memorial cannot provide advice or recommendations for the provision of insurance services.
Personal information
Your personal information will not be shared with a third party unless your consent is expressly provided, it is required by law, or the information is being provided to a contracted third-party acting on behalf of the Memorial for the purposes stated in the Memorial’s privacy management policy.
