RSL ACT Branch Anzac Day Veterans' March - Friday 25 April 2025

Please complete the below form to register your interest to participate in the Veterans' March, either as a group/contingent or as an individual. The information you provide will inform the coordination of the march. You need to fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk (*) to submit the form.

Are you registering a group/contingent, or as an individual?

If you are affiliated with an association, before submitting an individual registration, check if your group/contingent has already registered.

(i.e. association, relative group, or Australian Defence Force school aged cadets)
Is the contingent leader also the point of contact
Are you a current or former serving veteran
Will there be veterans of the relevant conflicts, operations or deployments in your contingent?
For seating purposes, please advise if the majority of your contingent intend to remain to view ceremonial proceedings following your march across the Parade Ground?
Do you have accessibility needs?
(Note you may be contacted to confirm appropriate march positioning)
Do any of your participants have accessibility needs?
(Note you may be contacted to confirm appropriate march positioning)
(e.g. accompanied by a carer, wheelchair user. Note we are unable to provide accessibility aids)
Are you affiliated with an ex-service organisation?
(e.g. 3 RAR Association, RSL Branch)
(If you are unsure you may be advised to march with a relevant contingent following registration, or will be instructed where to join on the morning as per the order of precedence for the march)

Your personal information will be submitted to the Australian War Memorial and the RSL ACT Branch. It will not be shared with a third party unless your consent is expressly provided, it is required by law, or the information is being provided to a contracted third-party acting on behalf of the Memorial for the purposes stated in the Memorial's privacy management policy.
