Korean War diorama
One of the highlights of the Conflicts 1945 to Today galleries is the Korean War diorama. The Memorial has a tradition dating back to its foundation of capturing key moments in Australian military history through these powerful, large set pieces.
Two Melbourne artists were commissioned to create the new diorama and have developed a wonderful set that will capture your imagination. The new model reinvigorates the tradition by using digital technology to recreate the sights and sounds of the battlefield.
Other highlights in the Korean set include a Korean trench and a Meteor jet.
