Diary of Lance Corporal Eric Wallace Moorhead (557) of 5th Infantry Battalion, AIF. Covers training in Egypt, service on Gallipoli and in France including Pozieres. Following the death of his father in Australia, Moorhead was allowed to return home in August 1917 for family reasons.
