FAIRLEY, A 23-YEAR-OLD NATIONAL SERVICEMAN, FROM DAPTO, NSW, HAS BEEN IN THE WAR ZONE SEVEN MONTHS. HE IS PRESENTLY STATIONED IN SAIGON, BUT HAS COVERED OPERATIONS OF THE 1ST AUSTRALIAN TASK FORCE (1ATF) IN PHUOC TUY PROVINCE, AS WELL AS DOING OTHER ASSIGNMENTS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY. WHEN DISCHARGED FROM THE ARMY IN JANUARY 1971, HE WILL RETURN TO COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHIC WORK IN SYDNEY, NSW.
